Terms & Conditions
Last updated — 21 April 2026
These terms govern your booking and attendance at We Are Longevity Collective. By confirming a booking, you agree to these terms.
1. About us
We Are Longevity Collective (the “Organiser”, “we”, “us”) is a private, doctor-led longevity event operated by Emma Copeland as a sole trader. Contact: emma@wearelc.co. Our registered contact address for formal correspondence is available on our Privacy Policy page.
2. The experience
The Experience is a one-day event taking place on Sunday 7 June 2026 at The Menier Penthouse, London, from 10:30 to 16:00. It includes expert talks, consultations, treatments, immersive wellness activities, and hospitality, together with pre-event consultations and post-event follow-up as described on our website at the time of booking.
3. Booking and payment
Places are allocated on a first-confirmed basis. Bookings are secured by payment via our online checkout, processed by Stripe.
- Full payment. The standard and recommended option. Your place is confirmed immediately on successful payment.
- 50% deposit. A limited number of places across General and VIP tiers may be reserved with a 50% non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance is due no later than 24 May 2026 (14 days before the event). Early Access places are not eligible for deposit booking.
- If the balance is not paid by the deadline, we reserve the right to cancel your booking. The deposit is not refunded in these circumstances.
4. Non-transferable and non-refundable
Because each booking includes a bespoke pre-event consultation personalised to the attendee, bookings cannot be transferred to another person. Bookings are non-refundable on buyer cancellation. Full details are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Suitability and medical disclosure
The Experience is intended for adults aged 18 or over. Certain treatments and protocols may not be suitable for everyone. You must disclose all relevant medical conditions, medications, allergies, and pregnancy status during your pre-event consultation so that our practitioners can assess suitability. We reserve the right to withhold or modify treatments where we consider it unsafe to proceed; in such cases, no refund is due for unused elements of the booking.
The content delivered at the Experience is for education and personal wellness and is not a substitute for individual medical advice. You remain responsible for decisions about your own health and should consult your own doctor before making changes to any treatment or protocol.
6. Changes to the programme
We may make reasonable changes to the schedule, speakers, treatments, or venue where necessary. Where we make a material change, we will notify you in advance. If the change is material and unacceptable to you, you may request a refund of amounts paid.
7. If we cancel the event
If we cancel the Experience for any reason, you may choose between a full refund of amounts paid or a transfer of your booking to a rescheduled date, at your sole option. We are not liable for incidental costs such as travel or accommodation.
8. Conduct and our right to refuse entry
We reserve the right to refuse entry, or to remove from the venue, any attendee whose conduct is disruptive, unsafe, or incompatible with the private nature of the Experience. No refund is due in these circumstances.
9. Photography, filming, and confidentiality
We may photograph or film the Experience for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear, please notify us on arrival and we will make reasonable efforts to respect your request. Attendees may not audio-record, video-record, or live-stream talks, consultations, or treatments without prior written consent. Information shared by other attendees is confidential.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to that, our total liability to you in connection with a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
11. Force majeure
We are not liable for delay or failure to perform where the delay or failure is caused by events outside our reasonable control, including acts of God, severe weather, transport disruption, illness, public health restrictions, or venue unavailability. In such events we will use reasonable efforts to reschedule, or offer a refund where rescheduling is not practicable.
12. Data
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your booking applies to that booking.
15. Contact
For any questions about these terms, please contact Emma Copeland at emma@wearelc.co.
