Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated — 21 April 2026
This policy explains what happens when a booking is cancelled, whether by you or by us. It sits alongside our Terms & Conditions.
1. The principle
We Are Longevity Collective is a curated, limited-capacity event. Each place carries a pre-event consultation personalised to the attendee, which begins as soon as the booking is confirmed. For this reason, bookings are non-transferable and non-refundable on buyer cancellation.
2. If you cancel after paying in full
No refund is available. The full amount paid is retained.
3. If you cancel after paying a deposit
The 50% deposit is non-refundable in all circumstances. If you cancel before the balance is due, you forfeit the deposit and are released from any further payment obligation.
4. Balance due date
Where a booking was secured with a 50% deposit, the remaining balance is due no later than 24 May 2026 (14 days before the event). If the balance is not paid by that date, we may cancel your place and the deposit is forfeited.
5. Transfers to another person
Bookings are personal to the named attendee because of the bespoke pre-event consultation and cannot be transferred to anyone else.
6. If we cancel or reschedule
If we cancel the Experience, you may choose either:
- a full refund of all amounts paid; or
- transfer of your booking to an alternative date we offer.
The choice is yours. We are not liable for incidental costs such as travel or accommodation arranged around the original date.
7. Material changes
If we have to make a material change to the Experience (for example, a significant change of date, venue, or core programme), we will tell you in writing. If the change is unacceptable to you, you may request a refund of amounts paid.
8. Force majeure
Where the Experience is affected by events outside our reasonable control (severe weather, public health restrictions, venue unavailability and the like), we will use reasonable efforts to reschedule. Where rescheduling is not practicable, we will refund amounts paid.
9. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy reduces or affects any statutory rights you have under UK consumer law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. How to notify us of cancellation or refund
Email emma@wearelc.co stating your name and booking reference. We aim to respond within five working days.
